LASER WASH (collaboration with Zak Loyd) was a large-scale dynamic laser and light installation in AURORA's Area 3. LASER WASH celebrates the optical phenomenon of water caustics. Fluid ripples of light drift across the expanse, immersing the viewer in a water cosmos.
AURORA, the Dallas-based art+technology biennial, produced Area 3, an immersive exhibition titled in a 100,000 square-foot parking garage in downtown Dallas. Area 3 featured performance and large-scale light, video, and sound installations, visible from the safety of your car.
